Becoming Free
Becoming Free
Self-destructive behaviors can be especially troubling and painful. When trapped inside an undesirable, destructive behavior such as smoking, a person can feel many disturbing emotions: They may feel powerless; they may feel angry, out of control, or ashamed. Some even notice feelings of disgust or self-hatred. Without assistance, powerful negative emotions like these can make it even more difficult for a person to get the results they desire, forever ending those terrible feelings, finally becoming a non-smoker.
For many people, smoking has become:
- An empty, frustrating activity that no longer serves a useful, rational purpose
- A compulsion that acts against their conscious will
- A persistent, out of control habit that does not respond to conscious control
- An unfulfilling, repetitive behavior often aggravated by stress
Our clients stop smoking. They get results that last. No matter how many times a person has failed in the past, success is now available. Every person we help is unique. Each person has their own reasons for finally choosing success. Some decide to quit when they focus on the consequences of smoking -- painful diseases, prolonged suffering, and even sudden and unexpected or slow and painful death. For others, thinking of their family provides the motivation they need. Many are simply tired of a life that seem unnecessarily difficult, unsatisfactory, or out of control, filled with troubling feelings and thoughts.
In our private and group sessions, we offer lasting cures. We are outcome oriented, systematic, and we get measurable results.
