I am writing a book on best and worst dates. If you are over 18 and have a story that you want to tell. Please send it to me via this site. I will not use real names in the stories, but if you want credit I will put your real name in the front part of the book. Your personal information will be strictly confidential. Tell a funny or sad story about you or someone you know.

6. Your age. This will allow us to use different age categories.
7. Story title-good or bad date.

Please allow up to three years for the book to be completed. If your story is accepted you will be notified by mail and your permission to print the story will be requested.
